01The problem
Booking a hotel is easy. Holding everything together is not.
A film crew, a festival jury, a touring company: dozens of people, as many train tickets, rooms that change hands from one night to the next. One guest changes trains, and nobody knows which room, which driver, which schedule is now wrong.
That is where we come in. Whether the accommodation was booked by us or by you, we keep people, beds, journeys and documents consistent.
02What we handle
Stays
Who sleeps where, for how many nights, with which rotations. One room per person.
Travel
Trains, flights, shuttles, drivers. Door to room, and back.
Documents
Individual travel sheets, daily schedules, welcome booklet. Accurate after every change.
Accounts
Options, deposits, invoices reconciled against what was actually used.
03The accommodation budget
A line that moves every day.
On a shoot, nobody arrives or leaves at the same time. The schedule changes, cast members come back, rooms stay paid with nobody in them. Every night we book is justified by the shooting schedule.
04Fees
Everything at cost, one visible fee.
Accommodation and travel are invoiced at the negotiated rate, with no mark-up. Our fee is a separate line: a percentage of the amount we manage for you, stated in the quote.
